Compiles the shader program and makes it ready for use.
sbo - [Unsigned Integer]
The id of the shader program that is being loaded.
This function is the last step in creating a shader program, and takes all the input that was given by other functions, addSBOVertexAttribute, assignSBOPixelShader and assignSBOVertexShader, and compiles the shaders. After this bindSBO can be used to assign the shader to be used by the rendering pipeline.
