Function

getTBOId();

Allocates a position for a new texture buffer and returns it's referencing id.

Parameters

None.

Return

id - [Unsigned Integer]

The reference id of the vertex buffer that was allocated.

Description

This is the first step in creating a texture buffer. The id returned is then used by your application to update the texture with other functions. Before a texture is loaded, a single pixel black image is stored in the buffer, this is to avoid errors if you try to draw with a texture that has not been loaded yet.
